There are currently two host servers, Legacy and Global[2], each for different regions and containing smaller server instances that players can choose to play in.
The Legacy servers are the Chinese and Taiwanese servers, both hosted by NetEase. They were launched in September 2021. Following that, the two Global servers (hosted by NetEase and Warner Bros. respectively) officially launched worldwide in June 2023. In August 2024, Warner Bros. announced the closure of all WB Global servers.
Legacy and Global players do not match against each other in duels. Chinese and Taiwanese players do not match against each other in duels.
Some Global servers are merged with each other, allowing players across servers to interact with each other, or share rankings. For more details, please see the list of servers below.

If attempting to log into the game from outside China, the game will sometimes recommend the Floo Powder server for an easier experience.
